Very nice guy, very professional and curteous. Very thorough and took the time to explain things and answer our questions. I felt like I had someone in my corner with me. The only ding I am giving is because there was one room without any heating or AC at all. As a potential homeowner, I was hoping that this would be something that would have been caught be the inspector. Anyway, we all missed it, too, so nobody is perfect. I would still highly recommend,

Steve Sherman was thorough, prompt, and easy to work with. He inspected our house in great detail and patiently walked us through every piece of the house's systems. I feel like we truly got to know our new house and learned a lot that will be very helpful to us in the future. Thanks, Steve!

"My experience with Steve was exceptional; Steve is certainly knowledgeable, professional, personable and very thorough. He took the time to educate me on the process and picked up on several crucial items that certainly aided me in my decision. I would use Steve again for another home insp. or for additional services." He was also was a great price!
