Bob is fantastic he did a great job we had him inspect several homes we were looking to purchase, he took the time to take us around the house and point out the concerns he had followed up with a very detailed report on paper and on our computer also sent a copy for future references on a disc. We would highly recomend him

We had awesome experience. The report we received is very detailed, easy, and yet very professional. The hyper links in the report are very good way of explaining the terms for someone like me, who does not belong to the construction field. Bob, you are the best:).
