They sent a serviceman out the next morning to give me an estimate on the repairs to my pump system. Ray the serice person was extrememly knowagable and personable. An appointment was set to make the repairs after the parts were ordered and arrived. Ray came out and made all the repairs very quickly and expertly. He was excellent and was very thorough. He also was very helpful in making suggestions as to how to maintain my system to avoid any additional damage or problems in the future. Very pleased. Rating: Provided By: Kathy T. Unfortunately, the permit took about 3 + weeks to come through. Roman Concrete was the sub-contractor who did the actual work. The end result was good, but it took a long time to get the job finished. Theirs is a small company and he had a lot of jobs going on at once. Unfortunately the concrete company mixed old and new cement so half the patio cracked. He applied a polymer coating, but that cracked as well. He obtained a fresh mix of cement and put 2 more inches on top of the other. Now is looks very good. I'll be looking into getting a finish put on the slab. Rating: Provided By: Mark E.
