He had to cancel the first appointment because the current job they were working on took longer than expected. They did come the next day as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed very quickly.

The service was excellent. I got call in 1 minute after I submitted for bid and the owner showed up earlier then the scheduled time which was great. They repaired my garage door and went beyond that by tightening all the loose screws and oiled all the rollers and hinges without me asking them to do those extras.

Contacted me right away and was able to get out to the house the next day. Russell showed up right on time and quickly assessed what the issue and provided a fair estimate for repair and even came down a bit in the final price. Completed the entire repair in just over a half hour. Garage works better than it has in years!
