The job cost 50% more than the estimate because as damaged tiles were removed adjoining tiles were damaged. I had extra tiles which was fine even though each tile cost me 50 dollars and few needed to be replaced!   <br />I would only suggest that in the future they do not low ball the estimates to get  the job ($900 estimate) versus $1300.00 actual price. <br />I did like however, that they did the job and than asked for payment, they were on time and clean and the outcome is very good. Repair jobs are much more difficult than new installations. <br /> <br />As to others: <br />Diegos tiles was unprofessional, he talked to me and 2 other people (unrelated to my job) at the same time. It was impossible to arrange for an estimate. I had to hang up, he never called back. <br /> <br />TNR Enterprises, Tom come in to see the job, we agreed that he will e-mail the estimate to me. I am still waiting!  No phone call either!  Very unprofessional, if he does not want the job, or can not handle the job just tell me, I can handle rejection, do not jerk me around and waste my time! <br />Thanks
