Shady Deal Awnings service was prompt, the work was very satisfying and the cost was more than reasonable compared to 3 other estimates I received. I will definitely use them again.

I haven't had my awning up for very long so I cannot really rate it as far as quality. It does look very nice. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided me by Shady Deal Awnings. Mr Gentry was wonderful! Originally he tried to find parts for our existing awning and when he could not he worked with us to find something within our price range. He came out on Sunday to put it up and inspected it thouroughly. He found one flaw and called the company immediately and had it fixed within days. He was always very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend his services.
