Patriot Plumbing and Heating

Patriot plumbing came to install my drain and followed my buildings strict requirements. They were nice, professional and reasonably priced. I would reccomend patriot plumbing to anyone.

Steve of Patriot Plumbing called within 10 minutes of my contact with Servicemagic. As this was not an emergency we scheduled an appointment. Steve and Fausto showed up, assessed the problem, offered solutions and did a very good job. They were clean, kept me aware of what was going on, and we have discussed some future work I plan to have done. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing work completed in their home.

They did a decent job as they said they would.

Plumber explained how he would do the repair before starting, completed the job in a timely manner. Be happy to have him do other work for me in the future.

I hired Patriot plumbing for a fairly simple leaky pipe replacement job. Patriot quoted the best price for my budget. The other plumbers that contacted me were looking to charge double for the same work. I only have two cons for Patriot plumbing. I would prefer a written quote for the job and a receipt or closed invoice after the job is complete. I was quoted one price on the phone, then given a higher price by the plumber on site. I called Steve and he had that fixed. I also paid in cash, but was told I wouldn't get a receipt if paying in cash. I expect a receipt for any type of payment, for my records. This is worth 1/2 a star.

The upstairs bathroom pipe is still not capped. They said I needed something to cover the hole, I thought, they would have been more prepared to do the job. The hole is still in the shower where the pipe is.

upon arrival shower arm was broke. we were able to remove broken piece with easy out tool.we wrote down exactly what she needed a bell escutcheon. this just slides over shower arm.she also had no running water first floor tub andsink this was also fixed.she also had toilet that was leaking.parts needed to be ordered. i gave her a price and told her i would put in shower parts no additional cost.she said she could not afford it and would call me in about a week.
