Prior to hiring they were very professional, timely in returning phone calls.  Came to the house for free estimate and was on time.  Explained what they would need to do.   <br /> <br />Hired them to clean walls and ceiling in a smoker's home that ceiling was badly stained.  They had seen the house before starting the job. Estimated 3 - 5 hr to do the job. Did not indicate there would be problems they couldn't deal with. <br /> <br />On the day of service, they were 1/2 hr late.  They did not call to tell us they were running behind.  I needed to call them to see when they would be there.  They ran into problems with getting the ceiling clean from nicotine and waited 3 hrs before telling us they were having difficulties.  They were just going to leave.  If my husband hadn't been there, nothing would have been done.  My husband asked them to do the walls and other rooms so they did stay and completed the work after 7 hrs.  I realize it was a difficult job, that is why I hired them because I knew we couldn't have done it ourselves.  I assumed they were experienced and prior to hiring they indicated they were.  I am disappointed they didn't make us aware sooner that they would not be able to get the badly stained areas clean. I am sure they do a great job on better maintained homes.
