I am not sure it was called Service Champions...it was Dan the Carpet Man (McGee) and he did a fabulous job! We still are walking around in disbelief...the carpets were dirty and lumpy in places...they are so clean it looks like new carpet and the lumps are gone! Wonderful job, pleasant man and just a great experience. We will not have to connect with Service Magic to get our carpets cleaned anymore...Dan is not only the carpet man...in our book, he is the man! Thanks Dan.

Service Champions was amazing. I don't want to write some long drawn out thing but they were great from start to finish. They spent a lot of time explaining what exactly I was paying for, answered any questions and concerns I had and ensured that the whole process went off with a hitch. I've been meaning to write a letter to the owner but have not had the time ;-(

Companies that contacted me were very professional and arrived on time for their appointments. The exception was Sears, which did not arrive at all, but called to reschedule and was eliminated as a result. All representatives that estimated the project were informative, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Servicemagic again. Thanks...
