Don't know if it was luck but our refridgerator had been slowly warming up over the weekend and we almost decided to buy a new one. We had used this service before for other repairs & decided to give it a try again. An appliance repairman called as soon as I hung up from receptionist, diagnosed the problem on phone,gave me an est. and was out within a couple hours and fixed it in a couple of hours. Pretty reasonable compared to price of new one!

They were great. I would use them again in a heart beat if I had the need. I needed to get water service restored to my house as soon as possible, for a reasonable price, with quality workmanship, and these guys excelled in all three areas. The job was completed on the same day they initially called. I was very impressed.

We hired this company to replace our water heater, replace our sink lines, and to fix our sprinkler system. They had one guy come out to make a bid and to give us a quote. Then another guy come out and did the work. The management screwed up the paper work. The paper work was missing things that they quoted us on. So, the tech thought that he only had to do the water heater. They told the guy that it was electric water when in actuality we needed a gas one. So, the guy had to take it back. The manager told me that this was going only take 2 hours to complete this whole job, but in actuality it took 6 hour. Overall, I was very pleased with the tech but not with the management.

Water seeping up through the concrete driveway, I immediately knew that a waterline replacement between the meter & the house was due. I called Service Magic & Jason was the 1st to call me back. He was very courteous & offered me a couple different options for replacing the water main line. His price was very reasonable & Service Arizona was able to come out and do the job next day after Blue Stake markings were done. Additionally, my water heater needed to be replaced since it was 18 years old (& still working), so they worked that into the estimate. Jason, Sean, and Oscar all did exceptional work & everything is working perfectly again!

Though he said they try to keep their prices down to bring repeat customers, I paid $225 (plus tax) to have a drain replaced in the tub. While trying to get a true estimate, it was difficult to get a firm answer. Oscar did a great job, and I would call them again. It's nice to have the leak repaired and drain replaced. It simply cost more than I had expected.
