My experience in the metro area over the last 15 years includes work in custom homes, condominiums, rental units, high rises, and retirement living. Servant Heart Handiwork LLC, was formed out of the desire to operate with rigorous honesty and provide outstanding value. I specialize in multiple small projects and I complete them with craftsmanship. Since going on my own in this sole proprietorship, I have done interior painting, worked on gutter , repaired and replaced doors, revamped bathrooms , rebuilt fence, and repaired appliances, among a list of other things. He is very careful and seems to have a gift what he does. He is so quiet and he alone put up a 10'W X 14'L X 8'H storage shed kit, including floor frame, and made sure the floor was flat and roof secured against snow weight issues. He did this in 3 days. I did recomend him to others. He is a sweet man, well-mannered, very professional. I am really impressed . He so extremely careful and did excellent job. He also took down, moved and re-assembled a playset on the first day of this project. He's a 'walk-on-water' professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Project: Repair or Replace Section of PVC Gutters
Guttering complete, not expensive. Had to chase repairman because he was a no-show and forgot to call me, had to reschedule. He completed work and did not clean up after. Guttering was left on my patio and lawn and old parts left in my fire pit!!!! I would not recommend this guy to anyone!!!!!

I will admit that we had problems scheduling this job. But when I did arrive at the worksite I set to replace 20 feet of guttering on Steve's house and completed it to his satisfaction. However, there was no place to put all the dirt that came under the gutter nor was there a place to dispose of the construction debris in either a trashcan or dumpster. The unused antique fireplace was the only place I found to remove the dirt left over. I stand behind my work and my customers find me responsible but this job left me with few choices for cleanup.
