His price Quota is low, but he will make some ways to charge you more. Not very fiendly

Homeowner ask for a Quote for 9 locks to re-key he count the door instead locks and and up with 12 locks, he refuse to pay for the extra re-key ,he didn't understand that he need to pay more because he gut more locks , I m sorry for his disappointment , but we don't work for free and r prices is very low

This company called right away, but there was somewhat of a language barrier which resulted in a miscommunication. I told him I didn't want to have to unlock my door to get out and he installed that type of lock anyway and refused to come back out and change it...

He was late and I had to call several times to reschedule, but he did take something off the price. The door knob did not look like it was made for the exterior, but I was told it was. Also the door knob looks like someone can wedge a tool in there and pry it open.
