Very thorough home inspection and detailed report. Had some problems with findings from an unrelated home inspection being included on my report. Also, I was promised a complimentary roof inspection, but it wasn't done in a timely manner. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the inspection itself and would recommend to others.

Patrick arrived promptly for our appointment. After after a discussion of our situation, he quickly had a theory of the cause of our problem. He went under the house and found our leaky pipe. Patrick was professional and couteous. He also provided a thorough written report of the circumstances and his findings.
