	Rating: Project: Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain I needed to have my house painted and a couple of small repair jobs done quickly and at a reasonable rate,  Mike was very accommodating and able to subcontract the work so I could get it… Read Complete Rating I needed to have my house painted and a couple of small repair jobs done quickly and at a reasonable rate,  Mike was very accommodating and able to subcontract the work so I could get it done within my time frame.  The painting was done well.  No problem there!  However, the repairs were done very poorly and actually not completed.  The carpenter did not have the tools to do the repairs and did not seem to know what he was doing. Mike requested more $ since the repairs were more extensive.  After a couple weeks I found the repairs were even worse than I thought.  It ended up taking a ridiculous  amount of time to repair the repairs.
