Project: Modify a Space to Accommodate a Disability
The project had to be modified and cost exceeded the original estimate by more than 50%

This client was charged extra for changes he requested. The job went from one days work to three. The toilet was to be moved about a foot in the original estimate. However we where asked to move of to the other side of the room and we did. The sink was not in the estimate and at the clients request we removed the old sink and vanity and installed a wall mounted unit. Also added was the removal of two layers of cermic tile and the installition of a new tile floor. All new plumbing was also added to accomadate the moving of the fixtites lncludeimg drains,vents,and hot n cold water supply lines ter supply lines
