Tim took the time to explain things and answered all of my questions. (And after I did some research on the CertainTeed and AirVent products, I had some questions.) He and I walked the roof and he took the time to point various features out. And the price couldn't be beat.

Jeff was great and fun to work with. He was down to earth and seemed like an honest guy. The work was professional including the amazing clean up job they did. Seneca Creek Home Improvement had done work in our development before and our neighbors also recommended their services. Out of 4 bids Seneca Creek was 2 of the lowest. We chose to go with them because of their reputation in our neighborhood.

Jeff really takes the time to explain everything, to listen to your needs and to ensure that his quote is clear and complete. No one else did that during the quote process they focused on the big ticket items and gave me quotes with lots of add on lines for later.
