Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Came out and checked but could not find leak but did do some caulking. One week later the next storm came and leak was still present only worse. Called and was told to send email and they would try to put me on schedule. Day passed with no reply. Sent follow up email and still no reply. Basically they left me hanging in the wind with a leak in the roof. Extremely poor customer service. If you can't get out just say so. If you don't want to come back out just say so. But to simple ignore is unacceptable. Pretty sure I will not be using this service and/or this company again.
