Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
The 1st time I hired a cleaning lady, she never showed up.[from another company]. I had taken time off to wait for her and make sure everything was in order- I was really angry. I started calling other companies in the area, and reached Jody, the owner of SEGREL, she not only agreed to send someone, after hearing my story, but came herself, and did an excellent job. I call that service above and beyond expectations.

Segrel got back to me right away, offered a very affordable price, and then cleaned my apartment more thoroughly than it has ever been cleaned!

Worker was prompt and worked straight through. However, I had to re-do some of the work (some sweeping and mopping). Customer service was PHENOMENAL, though.
