From the time I signed a contract, it took about 3 weeks for the windows to manufactured and in See-Thru's hands. Through come installation cancellations from other customers and some flexibility in my schedule, they were about to come out and install 8 windows in about 6 hours a couple days after they received them. They do not cover breakage after the windows are properly installed unless you purchase their top of the line tuff glass windows.Their salesman was high pressure compared to other companies, but good See All Ratings
