they were ok after all the crap i had to go through with them. first they installed the roof but didn't put any insulation in the roof so i called them back and told them that i was going to be going into surgery on tuesday and they said ok we will come over on monday and fix that but they didn't they didnt come back till a week after my surgery, and then they charged me even more for the insulation and i was not happy about that cause i think that should of not charged me even more when they were the ones who messed up in the first place.  but it is all done know and i am happy for that but will not go back to that company again.

They are rude don't return phone calls and don't deliver what they promise <br /> <br />Review 2: March 06'.  4 days after they claim to have "completed" i found a broken tile which they want to charge extra to replace, to make matters worst the subcontractor has an intent to lien on my house because they have not been paid. I will never use or recommend this company.

I contracted them back in June of 2005, my roof is only partially done.  They made me change my tile options 4 times, charging me upgrade charges each time even though i originally chose the most expensive slate tile they had.  They installed a tile on 3/4 of my roof in December before realizing they were short.  now i have an incomplete roof and it is the middle of February.  My permit is expired and they have no idea when they will get the remainder of the tile.  Very deceptive in practice.  They seem really nice until they get your deposits.  Then its play the victim.  This experience is eye opening.  My family does not deserve this.
