Working with Shpigel's proved to be the best decision my wife and I we ever made.The workmanship was flawless and particularely when it comes to details. We are totally satisfied with Shpigel's management and its crew who were always on time and completed the work ahead of shedule. Working with Noa & Victor was a pleasure. We replaced that part of my yard that was an old redwood deck with a beautiful Trex product. They also sealed the cement portion of the yard with a procduct that made it look somehwat shiny and complete. I am enjoying my yard more than ever before. They know their business and the job was done quickly and efficiently. My yard is not large but I seem to have more room than before. It looks beautiful.

The experience with the owner/contractor could not have been better. The experience and knowledge gave me instant trust. I would use them again and agian for multi projects. This husband and wife team know how to do business the old fashion way with integrity. Information, quality and a willingness to fix anything. Although the price of the materials I used was crazy in the long run it will be worth it. They guided me with my decision and it was the right choice. Thank you, great service!

Noa & Victor are very passionated on their business. I don't have any idea about how to make a suitable deck on my backyard. They asked my expectation and what is the main purpose for the backyard deck. I am planing to make a safety space for my grandchild visiting. They both are very professional and using their experty to make a beautiful deck for us that is beyond my expectation.

They are amazing people. Victor and Noa are both unbeleivable persons. They know all aspects of a job. They are nice, positive energy, and friendly people. We became like a family members. I hope I'll have more jobs to work with them. We still are working on our landscaping project. They are involved in almost the whole job. They made my work an easy and enjoyble task to accomplish. We are building a very beautifull deck, with patio cover. We are buliding wood and conctere block walls and conctete slaps. They are helping me to solve all my problems. Thank you.

These folks are wonderful! They are under the name "L.A. Decks" and they specialize in each of the different materials for decking. We have a large deck that needed to be brought up to current codes and needed resurfacing and they were experts in knowing exactly how to do it. They pay attention to the details and offer suggestions for problem areas. They are so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. We chose Ipe for the new flooring and it's beautiful. You need experienced deck builders for these projects and L.A. Decks is great. M. H., Malibu, CA
