The response time was excellent, he was here when he said he would be, and he fixed my furnance without trying to sell me a new one. It was an outstanding experience. I would recommend Seattle Heating & A/C to everyone.

Steve responded to my call quickly and came out to provide a free diagnostic. He gave a quote that was little Lower than others'. When i decided to hire him, he ordered the parts and performed the job quickly. He is very professional and on time.

Excellent Work! He was the first to call as soon as I hit submit. He was very good about explaining what happened and what needed to be done. The next day, he happened to be in the area, so he stopped by just to double check everything. It was a nice touch for him to because he didn't have to but wanted to make sure things were still working great. I give him the highest rating and recommendation.

They came out to fix my furnace when it stopped working. It cost me $100 for the initial visit. It worked for 5 days, then started experiencing the same issues. I called them and they came out again to fix it. It cost me $150 for the second visit. It has been working intermittently since that point, but still at times will not fire up. Since they were not able to fix it after 2 tries, I'm guessing they won't be able to fix it in 3 attempts either. It's not worth paying them to come out multiple times to troubleshoot an issue that they don't know how to solve. I will be looking for a new contractor that will stand behind their work.
