Project: Add or Remove Holiday Lighting

I was promised that my timer and lights would be turned on last Friday, November 25th. Not only has my timer not been delivered, I can not get anyone to return my call to schedule a time to come over. Initially the service seemed very good and even though they came a day late to hang the lights, at least I could get someone on the phone. It seemed a little too good to be true that they were going to show up the day after Thanksgiving...and sure enough...they didn't! Too bad because they did a good job hanging the lights. I have also left a message that one of my lights is burned out. No return call.

When we stopped by the day after Thanksgiving no one was home to add a timer (the only outlet was one inside the garage). We received a call on the 26th and set up an appointment to install timer on the 27th at noon. When we got to residence home at noon on the 27th there was no answer at the door and no answer to any of our calls. We have driven by the homeowners property at night and see the lights on and working almost 8 times since being installed. We have not received any phone calls or complaints from the customer and since we cannot reach them we assumed everything was ok. Sorry to hear it has been less than that!

Seasonal Solutions did my Christmas lighting the way I would of done it had I waned too (which I don't). They showed up when they said they would and even buried the lighting cords.
