City: Littleton Project: Stone Slab Countertops - Install (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc) Sears was the highest price but I decided to use them due to the "sales" man stated the job would be completed by June 9th 2009.  This did not happen, the job was completed June… Read Complete Rating Sears was the highest price but I decided to use them due to the "sales" man stated the job would be completed by June 9th 2009.  This did not happen, the job was completed June 16th, due to 1) the salesman did not inform the project manager this was a expedited project in which I was the one who called the project manager and informed him of the deadline and 2) the project manager was out of the office for a week and did not give a proper turnover to his replacement concerning my project. <br /> <br />The quality of the material is good and personnel installing the countertops were great.  But I will not use Sears Home Improvement on future projects.
