The countertop was scheduled to be installed on May 6th. On the  evening of May 5th the countertop was dropped and broke...the suncontractors e-mailed Sears...needless to say no one got the message until another subcontractor came to our home and ripped out our countertop, When the quartz countertop had not shown by 11a.m. The guy who had ripped out our countertop called Sears...after talking to several people he found out that the countertop was broken and couldn't be put in until May 16th..We were 10 days w/o counter Rating: Project: Cabinets - Reface Good job, faster than I expected. They gave us daily updates on their progress. They took every concern seriously. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and had a great work ethic. The window crew were not quite as good. The caulking left a little to be desired. However Sears did all they could do to make us happy. One window was simply not to our liking and they replaced it at no charge.  See All Ratings
