Claimed to have removed mold from ducts. Further investigation reveal their work was not very successful.

Tech was really nice and did his job - just showed up too early so he had to wait until I got home.

Three guys came gave me two different opinions. I paid the money for the motor which did not break, but settled with them to replace the computer board which was broken for free.

Review by Michael P.in Ridgewood, NJ Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
I will never use these guys again. The first technician who did the job was very friendly and seemed very professional but after a simple cleaning my furnace developed an oil leak and it took four calls, two weeks and three visits (each time half a day off work) to finally get it fixed. I won't use them again - they were expensive ($250 for a cleaning) and have a very frustrating process for resolving issues.

Review by Lisa O.in Brooklyn, NY Project: Repair a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
The appointment was scheduled for between 1pm-5pm which a large window, at 4:40 an automated message was sent saying my appointment might have to be re-scheduled because they over booked. The technician showed up at 6:40 with an attitude. He kept telling me everything the sales associate said would be done was not allow done to company liability, like adding boiler cleaner fluid. He basically did nothing except brake the water tube and tell me it was like that- NOT. I was outraged. WORST. Never using sears for any service needs they ALWAYS suck. And of course if cost more than I was quoted and I had to show him how to flush the system, RUN!
