THe man who came out to diagnose the problwm was fine. The man who was supposed to do the repair was 2 hours past the 4 hour window they give to arrive, walked inwithout an apology, did not give his name, fooled aroung for 30 minutes, never even pulling out the dishwasher, claimed he 1) was not resposible for pulling out the dishwasher to repair it (the other man had no issue and was the one who put it back under the counter) 2) that the previous tech was someone he did not know and did not know what he was doing and 3) that this was a 2 person job, it would take him too long on his own and her wasn't going to spend the time doing it. HE LEFT

I called them for a neighbors' appliance, that was bad, a refrigerator.  They arrived 1 1/2 hours late with schedule - they went to lunch & to get a part; came back, but only worked a short time, a little over a hour ....WOULD not accept my credit card?
