1 SealwiZe bid was only slightly higher then average. That was due to the quality product we wanted. Was only slightly above contract due to water damage underneath 2 They were the only contractor who was willing to get us a good warranty on the product 3 Workers are extremely nice and on time. In addition, they dealt with condominium neighbors extremely well. 4 After the project was completed. Contractor came to look at the completed work; he had 2 small problems fixed Negative 1 Before the job I asked Contractor if he would show during the job.He said only afterword. 2 Reminder on each deckglass door "do not use # hrs" would've good

The job proved to be more work than anyone expected. There was extensive dry rot after they opened up the surface of the deck. I felt the additional charges for the work were very fair. They explained what it would take and gave me a couple options. The workers were polite, worked hard and did a great job.

He was on time, neat appearance, had the proper equipment, cleaned up after, and did a very professional job in the needed areas. Mr. Altounian was on time, and worked with us and our budget in making the necessary work happen.

This contractor is a keeper. Sam, the estimator was both knowledgeable and prompt. He made good suggestions, noted what could be too costly and focused on the correct materials and procedure for the deck repair and recovering. Craig, the installer spent a great deal of time in prepping, then finishing the job, on time but with an attention to detail which is rare in this kind of work. My original deck installer was a mistake, Sealwize was a terrific choice and made me very happy. Count on them for a wonderful job
