I submitted a request for a grout cleaning project via ServiceMagic and within a day, Bree, the co-owner, called me. She was personable, professional and understood what I was looking to accomplish. On project day, Aaron, co-owner, came with 2 employees to complete the job. With about 1,200 square feet of tile to clean and grout recolor, he estimated the project would finish at 5pm. They finished 1 hour ahead of schedule. The grout looks fantastic, brand new! It's top quality work and a very high value price point with little to no risk with their lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend Seal Systems for any grout project.

Excellent job, right on time and very thorough. Two full bathrooms done and the job was great, they look like a new bathrooms. The color of the grout was different in both baths and each was matched perfectly. I highly recommend Seal Systems to anyone and will definitely tell my friends.

I was very pleased with Aaron Kelly and Bree Kelly with Seal Systems. Bree came first to bid the job and was extremely knowledgable about my floors, product etc. She performed a sample clean/seal and provided me with finishing options. Aaron was the labor and again, did a fabulous job and both showed much pride in the workmanship. Definately will contact them for re-sealing in a few years and I have already added them to our company vendor list for clients.

I was contacted immediately by Bree Kellly. She was very knowledgeable about all sorts of tile. She was able to give a fair quote and arrange for the job to be completed within a week! Aaron arrived on time, ready and efficiently completed the task. My kitchen sink was a disaster and he was able to clean it! Seal Systems delivered on their promise at a very reasonable price. We just moved in to a new house and the tile floors were very dirty. the light colored grout was almost black. The difference is amazing and the service was prompt. Very easy to communicate with them and so friendly!
