Seal Systems

Did a poor job. I had repeatedly show the workers dirty spots. 1 entire area had to be done over due to a dirty sticky film. I had to point this out. If I had not been watching every minute It would not have been corrected. The workers were in a very big hurry and did not put back the furniture (left it outside!) as promised.

Please note our overall rating with Service Magic and also see all of our other reviews. We have no idea why this customer said the things she said. We reviewed the job at each stage with this customer as we do with every customer. She looked over the floor at our Request ! and asked us to go over 1 room, which we gladly did. We normally move furniture back for a customer, but in this case the floor was very slow drying and we offered to come back the next day, she was unwilling to have us do that the next day and asked us to just leave it and she would move things back in a few hours. We have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.

Very knowledgeable about the type of work and good prices. However, some of the floor wasn't entirely clean prior to sealing and therefore there are paint marks and additional items on the floor that can no longer be removed unless done by a professional.

Excellent customer service via phone and email. Did a demo prior to work to illustrate results. Work was completed as promised and my floor looks fantastic. Workers were courteous and conscienous. It was very expesensive, but I would highly recommend this process to anyone with Saltillo tile.
