I think that the "Seal It" folks did an excellent job. In fact, two neighbors above me in the condominium had their decks power-washed and sealed also. They are also happy.

All I can say is WOW. Seal It of VA makes the other powerwash and seal companies look like amateurs. My deck isn't that big and Rudy and 3 other people spent SIX HOURS powerwashing, hammering nails, sanding, and sealing WITH A PAINT BRUSH. It looks beautiful. They do meticulous work and were very careful to rinse off the siding after washing and tarp areas while sealing. Rudy gets an extra bonus for having an all-American team - they all SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Imagine that in the USA. Deck was just done so I can't speak to how long it lasts, but Rudy offers an 8 year warranty which sounds good to me.

Although the highest bidder, the work was supreme and well worth the added expense. The company is meticulous in their work, rating compliment from neighbors. I have hired the company to power wash my house.

Several things - - they said they would leave a small amount of stain as we were replacing a board or two and did not, they promised to sand the rails of the deck but did not, also they had to stop work due to rain, promised to clear the area that was partially sealed/spotty and did not, they resealed over it and it looks darker and spotty in the middle of my deck. not very satisfied so far.
