Excellent results! Product includes 30 year warranty so there is no need to do this every 2-3 years. The deck is now back to the natural look because the application penetrates the wood far deeper than others. So the surface is sanded to the natural "like new" appearance. The crew was very professional and made sure I was completely satisfied. BTW...this company does have a Triple AAA rating with BBB. I wish I could post pictures of Before and After you would be shocked at the difference.

They responded to my initial contact in a timely manner. Though they were one of the higher bids for refinishing my deck, I thought the 30 year warranty was worth the cost. They were delayed in doing the project due to the rainy weather. They cleaned up after they finished and I would give the final appearance a "B".

They did have to come back and re-clean parts of the deck that they'd missed, but they came as soon as I called and did a very good job. They had promised to cover things that shouldn't get sprayed Doors and windows), and this they failed to do. Overall, though, the deck looks nice and the sealant is supposed to last for a long long time.

Seal Chicago was prompt, polite, and helpful. The job took a lot longer than they said it would because of the type of acrylic on our deck. The finish wasnt quite what we had hoped or lead to believe, however we plan to finish it off the way we prefer our selves. Time will tell if the top is going to be water proof for as long as they have guaranteed. The crew that was working on the deck didnt take off the trim against our brick wall and looks unfinished and dirty and there were areas which were not cleaned up properly after the service was completed.The crew worked hard over 5 days and the cost was what they said it would be.

there work was the worst I have ever seen . They have been out three times & the power washing still is not right. They were suppose to come out again & that was almost two weeks ago. I would not never recommend them to anyone.The cost was much to high for there work , I could have done better

I'm afraid I wouldn't consider the work the employees do to be "high quality" work. After the money my wife and I spent to seal our 2yr old cedar deck and gazebo, I'm afraid the gazebo looks worse today than it did before they started. To Seal Chicago's credit, they did a nice job on the deck. The gazebo had several areas with uneven coverage of material and water stains. I called the owner and he sent people out right away to fix it. It looks better, but it certainly doesn't look as good as it once did. I'm afraid I'm going to have to sand most of it myself to try and restore it's appearance. Probably shouldn't have had it sealed.

I was very pleased with their Service. They arrived on time for the initial project bid. They also arrived on time each day that they were working. The workers were very courteous, and they were very careful of my bushes and flowers that surround my deck. The deck turned out even better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them.
