I called and was told they'd call me back in a few days to get me on the schedule for the following week. They called back when they said they would and set uo an appointment time. I wasn't home, but they replaced the screen on my door and did a great job! My bill arrived in the mail a few days later. You can't beat that for convenience!!

Project: Storm Windows - Install or Replace
Very disappointed. I had them come out to discuss interior storm window options. I used 3M shrink wrap for years and it worked beautifully. I wanted to look at alternatives. The owner told me about internal mounted acrylic storms. I ordered and paid $400.00. At installation they were the incorrect size and had to be re-ordered. It was supossed to be a rush. 2 weeks later after I called they finally installed, corner miters are unprofessional, condensation and ice build up on the inside casement glass. I now know they are not air tight. I worry about rotting of my wood trim. They were to come back not happened yet. Want full refund

did not like them they rescheduled our appointment from 11fto 5 and called 3 and gave us a 15 min warning most people i know work during the day

He arrived at the late end of the scheduled window, but was able to complete the job quickly. I was impressed with his thoughtfulness. He was thoughtful in his approach to the solution and was able to predict certain outcomes. He supplied me with weatherstripping to add if it was necessary. The price was slightly higher than expected, but not extremely so. I would hire them again.
