Their timeliness and service was great, however there are some drawbacks. I would only use this service if you live really close to them. They charged me $6 in gas and billed me an hour and a half labor for a 20 min job. They did not tell you before hand that they would charge you travel time to and from the job. I did call and they reduced the bill to 1 hour of labor at a rate of $106 an hour. To me they are making more money driving from one place to another than actually doing plumbing and heating work. I don't even know if taxi drivers make that much money driving.

Quality of work was great, technician was pleasant. Billing is a little confusing. Didn't know that I could request an estimate for the job that information should be provided when service is scheduled. Next time I will know to ask. Overall great service and I would recommend
