I gave very clear instructions to the owner as to how I wanted the initial cleanup to be done. Somehow the communication didn't matriculate to the workers. The grass was supposed to be detached, but wasn't; we were discussing about possibly removing 3 plants in the front but was going to wait until later to decide; however, the workers removed the 3 plants. Much of the debris was not cleaned up and much debris was left strewn all over the driveway and on the sidewalk and in the street. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself, especially since we live in an HOA.

Stephen was wonderful. He came to do the job and actually arrived a little early. They did a very good job and moved to the front yard when the back was complete.
