Chemical uses just masked smell so once the sanitizer smell was gone then toe odor came back. No one called to see if I was satisfied. Very dissatisfied

I have left several messages to help the client be happy with the odor issue. I found cat odor in areas the customer was unaware and cleaned at no charge along with carpet cleaning stairs at no charge. My odor chemicals are green friendly and do not mask the smell. The cat odor may need another treatment but the client will not call me back. I take great pride in doing a awesome job.

Close, prompt, quick. Cost slightly higher than we expected, but that could be because of extra care given to family room traffic areas. They look great, traffic area in hall didn't clean up as well.

Mr. Scott arrived promptly and did a very professional job. We were very impressed and will be repeat customers.
