They came out as promised, even though they were a little late according to the time frame they gave. They were nice and professional and told me what they seemed the problem was and were able to fix my hot water problem for $99..which is pretty reasonable as a new water heater would have cost us over $700. We finally have hot water and do not have to keep relighting the pilot! :)

We had a clogged kitchen drain. All the plumbers suggested by ServiceMagic called us back within minutes, and on a Sunday night no less. The Scottish Plumber had the lowest rate and we arranged for them to come out first thing the next morning. The plumber came, rodded out our drain, and it was good as new. Quick and painless. The whole thing was very professional and courteous.
