Project: Find a Storm or Wind Recovery Service
Scott Services contacted us and we are sorry we ever met this man. All he was concerned about was how to get money out of us and the insurance company. Tacked up a piece of siding with our nail and hammer, said he would not charge us and then turned around and charged $175 for the 2 minute service. Couldn't keep his story straight and came up with some pretty crazy reasons why we and the insurance company should pay him for the crazy totals he threw out to us. Told us the problem was fixed and when we had our next rain the leak was back. Had another person out and he explained to us what the problem was and referred us to a person who could take care of the issue, which is what Tim Scott of Scott Services should have done.

Project: Recovery Service - Water Removal
The only thing that I did not like was the carpet person, did not do a good job on the carpet, needed to come back and stretch the carpet. They were courteous, craftsmanship was wonderful. Everything else was just great.
