Scott responded quickly to my request and arrived prepared for the entire project. He re-routed water and drain lines, installed a new utility sink & faucet and then repaired the water lines to my new hot water heater which had been incorrectly installed by another provider. Very reasonable rates and very pleasant personality. In additiion to the job I hired him for initially, when I got hit by the flooding in September 2011, I called him in a panic because my sump pumps stopped working. He arrived within 20 minutes, patched the problem and then went out and bought two new sump pumps and installed them quickly. Highly recommend him!

Scott called right away & came out before some of the others called me back. From previous experience with other plumbers I have used, Scott's rates are very reasonable. The repair work & drain snaking work he did took care of the problem. I am going to have him do some additional work for me fairly soon.

Scott and his crew are I believe one of the best. I would hire them again. Scott gets there when he says and his prices are more than fair. They are also careful to keep a clean work area.

Scott was courteous and neat. I did not get estimates from other plumbers, but think his price was competitive. He responded quickly to my questions and our situation and the end result is very satisfactory. I would recommend him for plumbing and fixture replacement and repair and I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

Scott was friendly, prompt, neat with his work, and reasonably priced. He offered suggestions to improve our system and instituted them after we approved. We're glad he did. I'd definitely recommend Scott and will definitely use his services again.

I would rate his service as excellent. They are very nice, courteous and showed right on time. The great thing is that their service indictates their intention to build a long term relationship and not the "Get the Job done and Get out of there" attitude. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of.
