Richard responded quickly and gave me a fair quote. He repaired the fence to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, my husband paid him in full for the job before I returned from an appointment to assess it. I called him back several times, till he just ignored me. I told him the lock would not work the way he installed it . I could not unlock the gate from the backyard to let my clients in. I will have to hire someone else to help me now. I would not recommend him. I should have paid more attention to the critical feedback by a previous Servicemagic customer on your website before selecting Scott Fence.

They were very customer oriented. They followed through on the date promised and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The handymen that came out were very professional, yet very friendly and personable. I recommend them highly.
