Next, we assign a personal designer to you and begin a series of meetings in your home where we will create a project layout and discuss choices for materials, textures, and colors. We then create preliminary cost estimate to assure you that our plans remain within your established budget. Finally, we present you with a professional set of plans that include a hardscape, softscape, irrigation, drainage, and lighting plan.
