Poor job of caulking the two showers. Used wrong color and caulk was on the ceiling as well.

David Stewart came as promised, both to give an estimate and then to do the job. he was pleasant and courteous, and seemed knowledgeable about what was needed to do the two small paint jobs. While in my home, he also repaired the wiring for a ceiling light. His cost was reasonable.

Scot of all Trades was good but his estimate was different from final bill. Since the Apt Building was paying for the job I did not dispute it but one should expect that the estimate be the price.
