When he left, he left trash from his work on the floor, and the job was not done with any profesionalism. This was an insurance job, which I was to be reimbursed for, and therefor required a receipt. The tech did not have any and promised to have one sent. The receipt never arrived. I contacted the company by e-mail and received no response. The only thing good I can say about the work, is that my alarm system was working again. I had plans to update the system, but I would not use this company to do any of the work, due to their lack of follow through.
