Technician called early to notify us he was running a bit late. Upon arrival Scorpion was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide options for a solution, covering the cost and effort involved in easy to understand detail.

Excellent dedication and commitment to the projects. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was set up efficiently. We were so pleased with his initial work that we had him do a string of facilities for us around the area. Paul is very experienced and highly recommended.

Project: Monitor Alarms from Security System
The tech showed up on time, but seemed unprepared. When he left, he left trash from his work on the floor, and the job was not done with any profesionalism. This was an insurance job, which I was to be reimbursed for, and therefor required a receipt. The tech did not have any and promised to have one sent. The receipt never arrived. I contacted the company by e-mail and received no response. The only thing good I can say about the work, is that my alarm system was working again. I had plans to update the system, but I would not use this company to do any of the work, due to their lack of follow through.
