They stayed in touch throughout the process. The quality of the work was a little disappointing. We expected more based on the sales pitch. Great customer service and follow through.

Very pleasant people, they did a nice job but had to come back in the morning just to touch up a few areas owing to the fact that the windows were done late afternoon.
