They showed up on time and services were provided as expected. They were not able to get out a few of the spots which wasnt a big deal but they gave me a discount for it which was really nice. They were really great and I would refer them to anyone.

Late, but called. Did the work but I had to do 1/2 in that it had to dry and then be carefully vaccumed. It did not look dirty but the rug does now look better. Maybe it would not have taken so long to dry if it had not been such a humid day.
