Mark was very quick to respond to Service Magic request. Came out early AM before another job to do the quote and even dropped off samples. Quotes were very thorough and professionally prepared, prices were competitive, and both Mark (as well as his office mgr Leslie) kept excellent communication through the decision process. We couldn't be happier with the results. The walkway looks spectacular - exceeding our expectations. Many compliments from neighborhood and questions re who we used. Mark and his crew are professionals and really seem to enjoy their work - not rented labor. Also, no up front $ required - a huge advantage.
