I was having a problem on the weekend, he called just after I barely submitted my request. He was timely, polite, did a fantastic job. He went over and beyond what was necessary.

he did a great job. the only concern is the quote was 202 and in the end it was 249. he performed a little more than requested. I would have liked to have been asked if I wanted it done.

She thought she needed a new wax ring under toilet.I quoted her the $202.for pull and reset with new wax ring.When i pulled toilet up the flange that holds the toilet bolted down was completely rusted out!So she got a $185.flange repair for free,also the tank to bowl kit was rusted out.The tank bolts had been dripping on the floor long enough to make a rust spot on tile!When I reset toilet it leaked constantly so I had to replace the tank to bowl kit or the toilet would constantly leak on floor,thats another $125. dollar repair!I only charged her for the extra parts,no labor !so she got$310.dollars of work for $47.00 dollars!!Good Deal???????

Christopher was prompt, efficent, quick but thorough and friendly. He called me back within 10 minutes of my request at 8:30 on a Sunday night! Although my home is close to 35 miles from his office he was here early, good spirited, and efficent! I will recommed him to my friends.
