A large amount of insulation is piled up around the furnace in the hall. A bit disappointed since I inquired and was assured they would tape up holes and gaps prior to blowing in the insulation. I plan to contact Mr. Scarborough about this and ask that they return and remove the excess insulation around the furnace and patch the hole/gap in the attic. Other than this, I am very satisfied with the service and my AC is cycling on/off appropriately.
