plumbing subcontractor he used was excellent, however the Scaff crew performed very poorly on after project cleanup and repairs to wall damage done during tub unit installation

This has been the best home remodeling project yet. I am so pleased to have hired Rich and his crew. The cabinet maker he works with is wonderful. Rich worked within my budget and my time frame w/o cutting any corners. He answered any questions with honesty that I had about my choices for the remodel. I have recommended Rich to friends and family and am looking to 'go with' Rich on another project we have.
