Brian Shafer is an exceptional young entrepreneur and tree professional. Here are some of the qualities I observed: 1. He is a man of integrity 2. He is customer oriented 3. He is perfectionist in his profession (e.g. he is motivated to do the the job right) Brian might not have the "flash" that other arborists have but he is rock solid. YOU CAN COUNT ON HIM!

We ended up calling in a crane to complete the removal of the white pine and Brian was able to work with me on the additional cost of the crane.All employees very nice, all mess cleaned up. I am very satisfied.

If I could give Shafer Tree Care more than 5 stars, I would! They are extremely professional, reasonable in price, prompt, and did excellent work on removing a huge tree that was next to power lines. We will be using them for all projects such as this in the future. EXCELLENT!!!!

Very Professional. clean just great polite, was nervous about location of the tree and damage to nearby structures but after watching the way they worked I became comfortable with their knowledge and work ethics on how to cut trees.
